US Foods is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support the Area Director of HR in delivering strategy, safety culture, and an engaging workplace. The role involves recruitment, policy interpretation, employee relations, and training across multiple sites, including travel to Salem and Offsite locations.

The position requires 6+ years HR experience (4+ in a professional role), a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong HR fundamentals with knowledge of ADA, FMLA, EEOC, FLSA, and Title VII.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years HR experience with at least 4 in a professional role.
• Experience advising small management teams and stakeholders.
• Strong foundation in core HR fundamentals and employment laws.
• Proficient with MS Office; HRIS familiarity; solid presentation skills.
• Travel required 10-15% to support locations.

Responsabilidades

• Support recruitment and onboarding, policy interpretation, and employee relations.
• Lead investigations and collaborate with Compliance, Legal, and Site leaders.
• Coach leaders on performance management, disciplinary actions, and talent planning.
• Partner with Operations to align HR with business objectives and labor plans.
• Develop and execute training, orientation, and leadership development.
