• Minimum of 10 years of HR Generalist experience in manufacturing.

• Experience leading HR teams and partnering with operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategic initiatives aligned with company objectives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on exempt and non-exempt recruitment.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and compensation administration.
• Train supervisors on HR programs and leadership practices.
• Monitor workforce metrics and drive efficiency improvements.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and employee relations management.
