Job summary

Mueller Water Products seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to align workforce and organizational strategies with our manufacturing plant goals. You will drive talent acquisition, compensation planning, benefits, and employee development while guiding leadership on complex employee-relations matters.

The role requires 5+ years in HR, with manufacturing experience and a Master’s degree preferred. PHR/SPHR certification is a plus as you partner across site leadership to ensure policy

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years in HR generalist or business partner roles.
• Experience in manufacturing plant environment preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead investigations and handle complex employee-relations matters.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to plant leadership translating business objectives into HR plans.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, training and succession planning.
• Lead management on investigations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
• Collaborate with compensation to evaluate wage structures and internal equity.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and Mueller policies.
