KLA Industries, a long-standing manufacturing company, is seeking a hands-on HR Manager to join the executive leadership team near Pittsburgh. You will collaborate directly with the CEO/President and Plant Manager to shape people strategy and strengthen culture in a 24/7 operation.

You will be visible across the plant floor and offices, balancing strategic HR leadership with day-to-day HR activities, including labor relations, benefits, compliance, and workforce planning.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 3 years in HR management.
• Experience in a unionized manufacturing environment with CBA.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with executives to align people strategy with business goals.
• Oversee labor relations, CBA administration, and grievances.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and succession.
• Manage benefits programs and HRIS initiatives.
