Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience with leadership responsibilities.
• Experience partnering with senior executives in a global, matrixed environment.
• Experience supporting technology, digital, e-commerce, data, or product teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to IT and Digital Technology leaders on talent and workforce planning.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence, Finance, Legal, and other stakeholders to align priorities.
• Lead organizational effectiveness, including organization design and operating models.
• Drive talent outcomes through succession, performance, rewards, and development.
• Use people analytics and market trends to anticipate risks and drive actions.
• Coach senior leaders to improve performance and leadership capability.
• Lead through organizational change and transformations with cross-functional teams.
• Guide sensitive employee relations with Legal to balance business needs and risk.
