Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Director of HRBP to lead HR strategy and execution for Product and Merchandising, reporting to the GVP, HR & Transformation. This leader will bring modern HR solutions to elevate talent, engagement, and performance across the business.

The role requires a strong track record in business partnering, workforce planning, and senior leadership coaching. You will influence HR programs, design org structures, and champion Crocs values in a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• BS or BA in Human Resources Management or related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in core HR disciplines, including 3 years leading others.
• Global retail environment experience or related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of compensation, org design, employee relations, performance management, inclusion, and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior Product and Merchandising leaders to build talent and org strategies.
• Serve as advisor between HR Centers of Excellence and business leadership.
• Drive annual HR cycles: workforce planning, talent reviews, compensation planning, budgets.
• Use people data to identify trends and inform HR decisions.
• Coach senior leaders on talent development and leadership effectiveness.
• Champion company culture and leadership behaviors aligned to Crocs, Inc. values.
• Provide guidance on complex employee relations matters with Legal as needed.
• Identify talent risks and opportunities within Product and Merchandising.
