Job summary

Crocs, Inc. is seeking a Director of Planning Systems to lead the strategy and execution of the company’s global retail and merchandise planning technology.

You will own the roadmap for Merchandise Financial Planning and Assortment Planning, partnering with Finance, Merchandising, Retail, and Supply Chain to drive measurable business outcomes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Retail Merchandising or related field.
• 10+ years leading retail planning technology or digital transformation initiatives, including leadership responsibilities.
• Deep expertise in Merchandise Financial Planning and Assortment Planning with in-season management.
• Experience defining platform strategy, roadmaps, operating models, and investment priorities delivering measurable value.
• Proven leadership of major planning platforms (o9, BY, Oracle, Anaplan, SAP) and strong governance across data and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define global Planning Systems strategy, multi-year roadmap, and investment priorities aligning with business goals.
• Own vision, delivery, stability, adoption, and improvement of planning platforms supporting MFP and Assortment Planning.
• Serve as technology partner to cross-functional leaders to translate priorities into scalable tech solutions.
• Lead planning-system implementations, modernization, and process transformation with governance and change management.
• Build and lead a high-performing team with accountability and collaboration.
