Woodgrain is seeking an HR Manager to lead recruitment, retention, and rewards across its sites. This role focuses on implementing strategy, driving change, and aligning HR activities with business objectives.

You will report to the HR Director or Sr. HR Manager, supervise HR staff, and collaborate with site leadership to ensure safety, compliance, and employee development. A Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR and relevant certification is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and administer HR policies and programs.
• Partner with management to build leadership bench strength.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Manage benefits administration and payroll data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with HR laws and company policies.
• Support site safety initiatives and training.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 3-4 years HR experience OR Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 1-2 years HR experience OR Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Human Resources certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
