Job summary

Woodbridge is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead HR functions at our North American site. You will align HR strategies with business objectives, manage HS&E programs, and guide labor relations with a focus on teammate engagement and productivity.

You will develop training plans, oversee recruitment and onboarding, and drive performance management, all while ensuring compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• Five or more years in a similar manufacturing HR leadership role, preferably automotive.
• Solid understanding of HR management across functions and policies.
• Experience in a matrix global organization with strong business acumen.
• Working knowledge of payroll and HRIS systems.
• Ability to interpret and apply regulations and company policies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of end-user training.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership as a key member of the site leadership team.
• Implement HS&E standards and manage injury claims and records.
• Drive labor relations and employee engagement to meet objectives.
• Develop and deliver training matrices and programs per requirements.
• Oversee recruitment, screening, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Administer performance management and development processes.
• Support Total Rewards programs and benefits administration.
• Foster effective communication and alignment between plant leadership and teams.
