ND Paper in Langhorne, PA is seeking an experienced HR Manager to serve as a strategic partner, aligning HR initiatives with organizational objectives while supporting daily operations and long‑term growth.

The role leads employee relations, oversees safety/compliance, coordinates training, and partners with management to improve morale, retention, and workforce planning in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business with a concentration in Human Resources Management or related degree.
• Minimum of three years’ experience resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including employee relations, human performance, organizational diagnosis, training, federal and state employment laws.
• Safety knowledge and willingness to work in an industrial environment and champion safety.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates safety as a core value and establish a safe work environment by actively leading safe execution of work.
• Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues with investigations.
• Coordinates training and establishes organizational development plans to achieve a high‑performance organization.
• Consults with line management, providing support and guidance on HR matters.
• Oversees workers’ compensation and injury management program.
• Keeps knowledge of legal requirements related to HR to ensure compliance and partners with legal as needed.
