Job summary

ND Paper is seeking a Corporate Recruiter in Langhorne, PA to own in-house full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles across corporate and manufacturing operations. You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure a strong candidate experience to deliver qualified talent aligned with business needs.

The role requires collaborating with internal stakeholders, traveling occasionally for career fairs, and driving recruitment in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recruiting experience for exempt and non-exempt roles
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience preferred
• Working knowledge of HR disciplines including performance and employment laws recommended
• Strong background in full-cycle recruiting and candidate sourcing

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate and Langhorne, PA openings and assist with company-wide roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop sourcing strategies and improve candidate experience.
• Post openings, conduct interviews, and manage the hiring process end-to-end.
• Build relationships with local universities to attract hourly and seasonal talent across plants.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align candidate profiles and role fit; travel as needed (~10%).
