Job summary

ND Paper is seeking a hands-on General Manager for the Langhorne, PA facility. You will lead plant operations, drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while coaching frontline leaders and building a high‑performing team.

You will manage the P&L, cost control, continuous improvement, and customer commitments in a start‑up environment, partnering with executives and customers to deliver results and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in manufacturing, direct experience in packaging and corrugate manufacturing required.
• Excellent financial and business acumen with proven experience managing a full P&L.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily plant operations ensuring efficient production, high product quality, and on-time delivery.
• Drive productivity improvements and cost reductions while maintaining safety and quality.
• Lead capital investment planning and execution; manage plant P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
• Develop and coach frontline leaders, reinforce expectations, and promote clear communication across all levels.
