ICW Group, headquartered in San Diego, seeks an experienced HR business partner to align people strategies with business objectives across assigned units. You will coach leaders, manage change initiatives, and lead talent, performance, and compensation processes.

The role emphasizes engagement, organizational development, and partnering with Learning & Development to提升 leadership capability and employee growth. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Education, or related field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of related HR experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Certification in Organizational Development or Human Resources preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders to assess key people processes and serve as trusted advisor to assigned business units.
• Lead talent management activities including succession planning, retention, and workforce planning.
• Manage performance, compensation planning, and change initiatives to align with business goals.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and organizational development interventions.
• Drive engagement and learning initiatives in collaboration with Learning & Development.
