Job summary

G&H Group is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner based in Fremont, CA, to act as the dedicated HR partner during a period of growth and capability expansion. This hands-on role blends strategic partnership with day-to-day HR execution for a manufacturing-focused operation.

You will translate business needs into workforce priorities, coach site leaders, manage employee relations, and ensure compliant, effective people practices while partnering with the U.S. HR organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 7+ years HR experience, including HRBP or senior generalist roles.
• Experience supporting manufacturing/engineering/defense environment.
• Strong knowledge of CA and federal employment laws.
• Experience with workforce planning, staffing strategies, and leadership development.
• Ability to coach leaders across multiple levels and translate business needs into people solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HR partner to Fremont leadership and site priorities.
• Coach leaders on structure, capability, and engagement while balancing short-term needs.
• Use data and insights to identify risks and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Translate growth and production demands into workforce plans and capability needs.
• Lead onboarding, employee changes, leaves, performance management, and investigations as needed.
