Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field and 2 years HR Generalist experience with at least one year supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing employees, or 3 years' experience supervising and developing associates in HR processes.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic business partner to site leadership to implement effective people practices.
- Lead the People Team at the distribution center and ensure an exceptional associate experience.
- Develop, communicate, and implement People strategies to support business objectives.
- Support workforce planning, talent and succession planning discussions, and leadership development.
