Job summary

Distribution Management in St. Charles, MO seeks a Human Resources Manager to oversee HR functions including talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, leave management, training, safety, and employee relations. Lead performance management, policy updates, and compliance while focusing on distribution center support and HQ coordination.

You will collaborate with the Director of Human Resources and the benefits broker to design attractive programs and ensure alignment with organizational values.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in HR, organizational development or related field or equivalent experience.
• PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
• 5–7 years HR experience.
• Familiarity with CA state employment and wage & hour laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition, hiring, records management, compensation and benefits.
• Manage leave, training and career development, safety, employee relations and engagement.
• Lead performance management, retention and legal compliance initiatives.
• Coordinate payroll, leave management, workers’ compensation and unemployment claims.
• Develop strategic HR plans and partner with leadership and benefits broker.
