Qualifications

• 1 year Walmart Logistics Management experience or 2 years Walmart Logistics experience or 2 years supervisory experience.
• Attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings).

Responsabilités

• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and associates to implement business plans and staffing, coordinating workloads to meet goals.
• Monitor productivity by preparing and analyzing business reports and dashboards.
• Train associates on Logistics policies and procedures and ensure compliance.
• Identify associate, customer, or supplier concerns and determine corrective actions.
• Supervise and develop associates and leaders, assign duties, and evaluate performance.
