You will partner with senior leaders to shape organization design, talent strategy, culture, and workforce actions that strengthen performance and growth. This role focuses on partnering across OneHR, delivering integrated solutions, driving leadership development, culture, and transformation, and guiding talent insights with data and AI-enabled tools to improve decision quality and

Competenze

Bachelor's degree required; advanced HR degree preferred.
Progressive HR leadership including HR business partnership and transformation.
Ability to influence senior leaders in a global, matrixed environment.
Experience in organization design, workforce planning, and change execution.
Strong analytical and storytelling skills with data and AI-enabled tools.
