Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Head of Human Resources for Global Services Finance in New Brunswick, NJ. You will partner with senior leaders to translate enterprise priorities into organization, talent, leadership, and culture strategies across GS Finance globally.

You will lead enterprise transformation, shape talent strategies, and drive responsible AI-enabled ways of working to accelerate growth and improve the employee experience.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Progressive HR or business leadership experience at senior level.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and translate strategy into people outcomes.
• Experience in organization design, workforce planning, succession, and change leadership.
• Strong analytical, storytelling, and data-driven decision abilities with AI-enabled tools.
