Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (Master's in HR, MBA in HR or related) preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Compensation in a complex environment.
• Strong understanding of compensation practices, market benchmarking, laws/regulations.
• Advanced quantitative and analytical skills with data modeling and visualization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems (Workday, HRIS, reporting).
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI-enabled productivity and analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, strategy, communication, and implementation of global Compensation programs.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and data analysis to develop competitive, equitable compensation solutions.
• Contribute to governance and projects, identifying process and policy improvements.
• Provide guidance on global Compensation policies, procedures, and processes.
• Perform job evaluations and prepare salary recommendations for senior leadership.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and HR Business Partners, leveraging analytics to inform decisions.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability of research, reporting, and presentation.
• Ensure responsible AI use per company policies and data privacy requirements.
• Participate in external meetings to gather best practices and benchmark data.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
