Job summary

Amazon's One Medical PXT team seeks an exceptional HR Specialist to establish program management excellence and drive strategic HR initiatives in a healthcare context. You'll lead policy projects, support TM and L&D programs, and help drive integration work between Amazon and One Medical while partnering with OM PXT leadership to deliver transformative outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, PM, HR, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR, talent acquisition, management consulting, or PM experience.
• Experience in making data driven business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and build PMO frameworks, tools, and processes to drive accountability and visibility across PXT initiatives
• Lead evolution and optimization of HR policies in partnership with Legal and HRBPs to align with Amazon standards and support business objectives
• Partner with PXT and business leaders across Clinical Care Delivery and Clinical Operations to gather requirements and prioritize integration initiatives
• Structure, organize, and deliver complex project plans with multiple dependencies and stakeholders
