Job summary

Alliant Energy is seeking a Manager of HR & Labor Relations to act as a strategic HR leader and chief labor relations advisor to business leaders and executives. You will guide a team of HR Business Partners and deliver workforce solutions aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in HR, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, Business Admin or related field.
• J.D. or related advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR leader and labor relations expert for business leaders and executives.
• Lead a team of HR Business Partners and support client groups in workforce solutions.
• Lead labor relations strategy, collective bargaining negotiations, grievance administration, and contract interpretation.
• Partner with leaders on organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
• Act as lead spokesperson or negotiator in bargaining negotiations and provide costing analyses.
