Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 10+ years HR and labor relations experience in an exempt level role.
• Oil & gas industry experience beneficial.
• PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR leadership for division and operational teams.
• Develop workforce planning and organizational development strategies.
• Manage the grievance and arbitration processes.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Partner with leadership on compensation, performance programs, and employee development initiatives.
