Job summary

You will own the full employee lifecycle, drive data analytics, manage benefits and compensation processes, and ensure compliance across federal, state, and local laws. This role demands strategic thinking and hands-on execution in a regulated wealth management environment.

Qualifications

• 5–9 years of progressive HR generalist experience, preferably in professional/financial services
• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical HR experience; MBA a plus
• Business acumen – linking HR processes with business needs
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills and trusted relationships
• Analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Experience with HR data analytics and policy development

Responsibilities

• Own talent acquisition end-to-end, including creating job descriptions and candidate sourcing
• Administer performance management processes and coaching for managers
• Oversee employee lifecycle, benefits, and HR documentation
• Develop and maintain HR policies to ensure legal compliance
• Coordinate with payroll and benefits teams on lifecycle changes
