Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Human Resources Professional Certificate preferred within 12 months.
• Five years experience in employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Investigate allegations of unlawful behavior and agency policy violations.
• Collaborate with leaders to foster a safe and inclusive workplace.
• Coordinate training related to employee relations topics.

Skills

Bilingual in Spanish

Excellent written and verbal communication

Strong consultative skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

Education

Bachelor's Degree
