Job summary

Fameccanica North America is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support our people and culture strategy from our West Chester, Ohio site, on-site.

This HR leader will guide employees and managers across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, development, and engagement to drive operational excellence.

You will collaborate with U.S. leadership and international partners to deliver compliant HR solutions that foster a positive employee experience and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or 4–6 years of progressive HR experience.
• Manufacturing/industrial HR experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multinational organizations is a plus.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment strategies with hiring managers and coordinate onboarding activities.
• Advise employees and managers on performance, policies, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and maintain records.
• Coordinate training, development, and performance management activities.
• Administer benefits and payroll inquiries in collaboration with vendors.
• Support engagement initiatives and culture-building across sites.
