Based at CCV’s Columbus, Ohio office, the position emphasizes hands‑on operational excellence, employee engagement, and collaboration with the Finance team on payroll data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or Executive HR Certification preferred.
• 5–10+ years HR experience; leadership capability desirable.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience overseeing benefits portfolios and HRIS administration.

Responsibilities

• Strategically align HR initiatives with organizational goals and culture.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Provide leadership coaching and guidance to department heads.
• Oversee benefits programs, renewals, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and maintain Employee Handbook.
