They will ensure compliance with our policies and procedures and contribute to the broader HR organization strategies, initiatives and overall business objectives. This role requires a strong HR generalist background with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, other HR professionals and stakeholders at all levels. This position will also assist business units in identifying, developing and retaining talent that enhances team performance. Work is primarily in a climate controlled / office environment with minimal safety / health hazard potential. Frequent travel to other Company offices and work sites, often in remote locations, is required which may be in all types of weather conditions (rain, snow, cold, heat, day, night, etc.) and employees will be expected to properly use designated personal protective equipment (PPE). The employee is regularly required to sit, stand, or walk with occasional lifting (overhead, waist level) from floor, bending and frequent near vision use for reading and use of computer, telephone and other office equipment.
