Job summary

Maverick Power is seeking a dedicated HR Generalist to serve as the face of HR for internal customers and partner with all departments to align policies with business objectives. You will influence recruitment, retention, performance, training, and HR programs to enhance engagement and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include onboarding, payroll enrollment, benefits administration, employee relations, and delivering HR metrics to leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of HR Generalist experience including employee relations, compensation and benefits.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of HR procedures, policies and employment-related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of HR programs to support daily operations.
• Assist recruitment, onboarding, benefits, performance, training, and development programs.
• Onboard new hires and evolve processes for a productive, welcoming experience.
