This trusted advisor collaborates with leadership to drive engagement, retention, and compliance across locations, providing analytics, lifecycle support, and policy guidance. Occasional travel to different locations may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business admin, or related field.
• PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP preferred.
• 5–7 years progressive HR experience focusing on employee relations and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Align HR initiatives with business goals and track progress.
• Provide policy guidance and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Manage employee relations, terminations, and investigations.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
