Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business or related required.
• Four or more years of human resource generalist experience with knowledge of employment law and regulatory agencies.

Responsibilities

• Provides recruiting and selection, training and development, employee relations, and HR consultation to department leaders.
• Analyzes workforce data to identify trends and drive leadership decisions.
• Educates leadership on performance management processes and leadership development initiatives.
• Manages attendance to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Assists with compensation and benefits enrollment processes and wellness initiatives.
