Job summary

4Patriots LLC in Nashville, TN is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to administer payroll, benefits, performance management, HRIS data, compliance, and recruiting. You will ensure accurate, timely pay, maintain benefit programs, and support onboarding and employee relations in a fast-paced environment.

As a hybrid role, you will partner with managers to implement HR policies, stay compliant with federal and state laws, and continuously improve processes.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of HR generalist experience with payroll, benefits, performance, and recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field; HR certifications are valued.
• Proficiency with HRIS and payroll software; Paylocity knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end payroll processing, deductions, and tax reporting with accuracy.
• Administer health, dental, vision, and retirement plans; manage open enrollment.
• Lead performance appraisal cycles and coach managers on feedback and goals.
• Ensure HR compliance with FLSA, ACA, OSHA, EEOC and maintain HR records.
• Drive recruiting from posting to onboarding to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Serve as main contact for policy questions and support for the T&C team.
