Job summary

Jobot is hiring an HR Generalist to support payroll, benefits, HR operations, and compliance across multiple sites. The role handles bi-weekly payroll for 150+ employees via ADP Workforce Now and administers health and retirement benefits while ensuring accurate HR records and strong employee support.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement in a growing, multi-site manufacturing environment, with growth opportunities and a competitive package including a 401(k) match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll, benefits administration, and HR experience.
• Experience processing payroll for 150+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS/payroll platforms.
• Knowledge of benefits, leave administration, and HR compliance.
• Understanding of federal and state employment laws.
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process accurate and compliant bi-weekly payroll for 150+ employees using ADP Workforce Now.
• Administer medical, dental, vision, life, disability, FSA, COBRA, and retirement plans.
• Coordinate onboarding, HRIS data integrity, and onboarding processes.
• Assist with recruiting, postings, and applicant tracking.
• Manage I-9 verification and employment compliance requirements.
• Support open enrollment, leave administration, and employee communications.
