Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five+ years of experience in a similar Payroll & HR Generalist role in manufacturing.
• Experience with multi-site payroll management and benefits administration.
• Knowledge of COBRA regulations and open enrollment processes.
• Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-site payroll processing including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
• Oversee benefits administration and employee enrollments.
• Coordinate open enrollment and COBRA administration.
• Maintain relationships with benefit providers and carriers.
• Respond to HR inquiries and advise on HR policies.
• Develop HR initiatives aligned with business strategy.
• Support management on performance, discipline, and terminations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain records.
