Job summary

Responsibilities

• Administers HR plans and procedures; develops policies and procedures manuals.
• Benefits administration, claims resolution, invoicing, and communicating benefits.
• Annual review of benefits packages and renewals with brokers.
• Maintain HR records and training compliance across clients.
• Manage onboarding, terminations, payroll status changes, and payroll liaison.
• Support payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory reporting (Form 5500, 1095-Cs).
• Assist in client annual audits and drive process improvements.
