Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing HR and a strong understanding of labor relations and employment law.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to plant leadership aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
• Maintain labor-management relations and administer CBAs and contract provisions.
• Support talent acquisition, onboarding, compensation, performance, training, succession, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across the plant.
• Coach and mentor supervisors on employee relations, performance, and leadership development.
