Job summary

Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist to manage employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management at the plant level in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will ensure CBA compliance where applicable and partner with HR leadership to execute priority initiatives.

The role requires handling complex employee relations, training programs, and workforce planning, serving as a trusted HR partner to employees and supervisors alike.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years HR experience, preferably in a unionized manufacturing environment.
• English required; additional language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations and grievance support.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, OSHA, EPA requirements, CBAs where applicable.
• Oversee workforce planning and onboarding support.
• Drive training and development initiatives for leadership and compliance.
• Manage performance cycles for hourly and salaried employees and mentor HR staff.
• Escalate payroll, compensation, benefits, and leave administration issues.
• Lead HR operations, HRIS, KPI reporting, and crossfunctional collaboration.
