MiQ is seeking a US-based HR Generalist to join its Talent team in NYC. This hybrid role delivers day‑to‑day HR support across the US, reporting to the Senior HR Director in NYC, and ensuring high‑quality HR operations and guidance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, complex case handling, and collaboration with global HR partners. The ideal candidate demonstrates maturity, strong communication, and a proactive, adaptable mindset.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR, business, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, or generalist roles.
• Experience managing complex HR cases within established policies.
• Experience analyzing data, identifying trends, and driving process improvements.
• HRIS/Workday experience preferred; ADP WFN experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs.
• Knowledge of current HR topics, benefits trends, and regulatory developments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines with accuracy.
• Willingness to perform administrative data entry and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and coaching skills.
• Ability to adapt to shifting business needs and contribute to solutions.
• Demonstrates professional maturity and alignment with MiQ values.
• Can-do attitude and enthusiastic energy.

• Lead and drive complex HR initiatives from planning to execution with timelines and stakeholder alignment.
• Forge strong cross-functional and global partnerships to share knowledge and enhance programs.
• Serve as SME on employee lifecycle, policy interpretation, attendance, benefits, and HR inquiries.
• Support managers with performance management, documentation, and HR processes.
• Identify process improvements and contribute to standardization across HR.
• Lead employee relations initiatives with the Senior HR Director and build improved processes.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local laws; update policies as needed.
