Qualifications

• Four years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Public sector HR experience preferred.
• Graduation from a four-year college with HR or Public/Business Administration major.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline Paycom support to HR staff, supervisors, and employees.
• Coordinate system updates, new processes, and configuration changes.
• Oversee personnel actions including transfers, in-grade increases, and payroll transactions.
• Manage timecard corrections, additions, and weekly payroll processing.
• Oversee onboarding workflows and related documentation.
• Respond to Ask Here inquiries and ensure timely resolution of employee questions.
