• Provide HRIS, Payroll & Personnel Transaction Management using Paycom.
• Oversee onboarding, timecards, and weekly payroll processing.
• Lead compliance programs and internal audits, and produce reports.
• Develop trainings, HR communications, and organizational development initiatives.
• Analyze HR data to support management decisions and reporting.
