Job summary

New Hope Treatment Centers in Rock Hill, SC, seeks an HR Generalist II to support workers’ compensation, leave of absence, employee relations, and compliance. You will partner with employees, leaders, insurers, and providers to coordinate cases and ensure policy consistency and regulatory alignment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Human Resources experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
• Ability to pass required background checks and screenings.

Responsibilities

• Support employee relations processes with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Assist with workplace investigations and prepare summaries for leadership.
• Support documentation of corrective actions and performance plans.
• Maintain accurate and confidential HR records and case files.
• Assist with workers’ compensation processes and return-to-work coordination.
• Communicate with employees, managers, insurers, and/providers on HR matters.
• Support leave of absence and accommodation processes including FMLA/ADA.
• Maintain OSHA records and support regulatory reporting and audits.
• Contribute to HR compliance activities and policy implementation.
