Job summary

New Hope Treatment Centers in Rock Hill, SC seeks an HR Generalist II to support workers’ compensation, leave administration, employee relations, and compliance. You will coordinate with employees, leaders, providers, and insurers to ensure accurate documentation and policy consistency.

Reporting to the Supervisor – EE&T Risk & HR Operations, you’ll assist investigations, return‑to‑work processes, OSHA records, and HR data maintenance, contributing to a safe, compliant, and positive employee

Qualifications

• Must understand basic HR practices, policies, and procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Excellent documentation and record-keeping attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate with employees, leaders, and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist employee relations cases and policy interpretation with confidentiality.
• Support workplace investigations with fact-finding and summaries.
• Maintain confidential HR records and case documentation.
• Support workers’ compensation and leave administration processes.
• Prepare HR reports and assist with compliance activities.
