Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking an HR Consultant (Generalist) to provide outsourced HR services across multiple clients. The role covers compliance, policy creation, recruitment, onboarding, benefits, compensation and employee relations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s in HR or related field, plus 1 year of HR experience, strong MS Office skills and familiarity with ADP or other ATS systems. This is an on-site position with broad client interaction.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business or related field preferred.
• 1 year of HR experience or relevant entry level experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with ATS platforms (ADP preferred).
• Payroll processes, regulations, and compliance knowledge.

Aufgaben

• Provide outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients.
• Manage daily HR and administrative functions for clients.
• Ensure state and federal compliance and policy development.
• Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, and compensation.
• Handle performance management and employee relations.
• Maintain HRIS/payroll data integrity and ADP coordination.
• Conduct full-cycle recruitment, interviewing and background checks.
• Work with brokers on group benefits plans and open enrollment.
• Respond to internal and external HR inquiries in a timely manner.
• Build trusted HR relationships through clear communication and deliverables.
