Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field; preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Minimum of one year HR experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with ADP payroll/HRIS and ATS platforms preferred.
• Excellent communication, multi-tasking and data accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide outsourced HR and HR consulting services to multiple clients across industries.
• Manage daily HR functions including compliance, policies, onboarding, benefits, and payroll data integrity.
• Coordinate recruitment, interviews, and background checks across client organizations.
• Partner with brokers for group benefits design and open enrollment processes.
• Respond to HR inquiries and maintain relationships as a trusted HR resource.
