McKesson is seeking a Finance Manager (P4) to provide FP&A support for the HR organization, serving as a key finance partner to HR leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and workforce planning. This role offers visibility to executives and a chance to influence enterprise initiatives.

The successful candidate leads budgeting, month-end close, variance analysis, and long-range planning, translating financial data into actionable insights while mentoring junior staff and driving reporting

Qualifications

5+ years of FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or related analytical roles.
Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, month-end close, and strategic planning processes.
Experience partnering directly with business leaders and presenting financial results to leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

Partner with HR leadership to provide financial guidance for budgeting, forecasting, and headcount planning.
Lead annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and monthly financial outlook processes for HR functions.
Develop workforce planning, headcount, compensation, and organizational cost models.
Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for Finance and HR leadership.
Translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
Drive dashboards, reporting tools, and automation to improve efficiency.
