Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A, Finance, Accounting or related analytical roles.
• Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and month-end close.
• Experience presenting results to leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a finance partner for HR leadership with decision support.
• Lead annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and monthly outlooks.
• Develop and maintain workforce planning, headcount, and cost models.
• Evaluate investments, strategic initiatives, and organizational changes.
• Perform month-end close activities and variance analysis.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for Finance and HR.
• Translate data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
• Drive forecast accuracy through monitoring of spending and workforce activity.
