Job summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking a Finance Manager (P4) in the Dallas/Fort Worth area to partner with HR and drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and executive decision support. You will lead long-range planning, develop headcount and compensation models, and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders.

The role requires strong analytical capabilities, executive presence, and the ability to translate complex numbers into strategic recommendations.

Qualifications

5+ years of FP&A, finance, accounting, or similar analytical roles.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, month-end close, and strategic planning.
Experience partnering with business leaders and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

Lead annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning, and monthly outlooks.
Develop workforce planning, headcount, compensation, and organizational cost models.
Evaluate investments and strategic initiatives with HR and leaders.
Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations for Finance and HR leadership.
Drive forecast accuracy through monitoring of spending trends and activity.
Develop dashboards and automate reporting to improve decision making.
Mentor junior FP&A team members and promote best practices.
