Job summary

McKesson Corporation is seeking a Finance Manager (P4) to provide financial planning and analysis support for the Human Resources organization in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. This role partners with HR leadership to drive workforce planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives across HR functions.

You will lead budgeting, month-end close, and variance analysis, develop workforce and cost models, deliver executive-level reporting, and build dashboards to improve decision-making.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of FP&A or related analytical roles.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, month-end close.
• Experience partnering with business leaders and presenting results to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a finance partner for HR leadership.
• Lead annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, long-range planning.
• Develop workforce planning, headcount, compensation models.
• Partner with HR leaders to evaluate investments and initiatives.
• Perform monthly close, variance analysis, risks and opportunities.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Analyze results and translate data into actionable insights.
• Identify drivers impacting forecast performance and communicate implications.
• Drive forecast accuracy through monitoring spending and activity.
• Partner cross-functionally with Accounting, HR, Corporate Finance.
• Support business cases, investment requests, and ad hoc analyses.
• Develop dashboards and automation to improve efficiency.
• Identify process improvements for forecasting and reporting.
• Mentor junior team members and promote FP&A best practices.
