Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience; typically 4+ years of experience.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and Excel; Power BI and SQL are a plus.
• Experience with FP&A systems such as JDE, Hyperion, Oracle EPM, and Workforce Planning.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned BUs OpEx and headcount budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support BU decisions on SG&A and headcount.
• Prepare periodic close files/packages and support workforce planning.
• Identify risks and opportunities; communicate forecasts and variances clearly.
• Collaborate with BU leadership and finance to align planning with corporate guidance.
