The Recycled Materials Association (ReMA) is seeking a Human Resources & Facilities Manager to partner with the VP of HR and lead HR programs, workplace operations, and facilities initiatives. The role focuses on recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five or more years of comparable experience.
• Experience supporting HR programs, recruiting, onboarding, and vendor management.
• Strong organizational, project management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems.
• Experience in an association, nonprofit, or member-driven organization preferred.

Responsabilités

• Partners with the VP, HR to support recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation initiatives, and employee development programs.
• Administers and coordinates employee development, engagement, recognition, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
• Coordinates all aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate communications, interview scheduling, reference checks, and hiring logistics.
• Maintains personnel records, HR systems, and confidential employee information while assisting with benefits administration and inquiries.
• Prepares HR reports and workforce metrics while supporting employee engagement initiatives and policy updates.
• Monitors HR processes and practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and policies.
• Serves as a primary resource to managers regarding employee relations and employment practices.
